Julie Zylinsky ( Edith ) I attend Zanesville High School. This theater has been amazing and I hope to continue to be in plays at ZCT. Both the cast and directors are great and I'm so very fortunate to be able to work with such wonderful people. Theater is the thing I love to do most in life because it's always refreshing, exciting, and no matter how many plays one is in, there's always something new and useful to learn. |

Jillian
Von Gunten ( Ruth Condomine ) – Jillian is currently a freshman
student and Political Science major, theater minor at Denison University in
Granville, Ohio. She has spent most
of her life in community theater, both backstage and in the “limelight,” her
most recent role being that of Cecily Farr in 84 Charing Cross Road. Jillian is in love with this show and the fantabulous cast
and crew that have been assembled. She
is especially pleased to be working with her mother on this production.
She would like to thank you for coming and hopes you enjoy the show. |

Jacob Hauser ( Charles ) has recently moved back to Zanesville and is very pleased to be doing his first show with ZCT in over ten years. He returns to the area after several years producing and managing theatre regionally and in New York. Jacob's favorite color is blue. |

Rick Milheim ( Dr. Bradman )has been active in Zanesville Community Theater for several years and is vice president of the Board of Directors. He has appeared in numerous shows and directed Kentucky Wings last season. He is also the assistant director of this production. |

Amy P. Underwood ( Mrs. Bradman ) has been involved in theatre for many years, appearing in nearly 40 productions, and working behind the scenes on many more. She is particularly fond of Shakespearean roles, as well as other classics. After an absence of several years from the theatre scene, she is delighted to be back and hopes you all enjoy Blithe Spirit. |

Alice Mauk (Madame Arcati )Noel Coward's Blithe Spirit is one of my favorite plays, having directed it through the years for dinner theater, community theater and high school productions... The role of Madam Arcarti is a fun one for any mature actress, but I never dreamed that one day I would have this opportunity. Two weeks before production, the director called saying Sudi (the original Madam Arcarti) was in the hospital and asked if I would step in and try to fill her shoes. So with the help of two good directors, Melanie and Rick, a very understanding and supportive cast, a very patient producer and crew, here goes. Sudi, this one's for you. |

Rebecca Dennis ( Elvira ) returns to the ZCT stage in the role of Elvira. Rebecca attended Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, WV. on a theatre, music and art scholarship. She has performed in theatre in many capacities in local, professional and collegiate levels. She is excited to be a part of such a fabulous cast! Enjoy the show!! |
Melanie Von Gunten ( Director ) has been a member of Zanesville Community Theatre since 1977. She has worked in various capacities both on stage and behind the scenes. Over the years, she has served on the Board of Directors and held various offices within the organization. Melanie has been married to her long-suffering husband Dan (also a theater person) for twenty-four years. Their daughter Jillian is continuing the family tradition and has a role in Blithe Spirit. This is Melanie's third production which she has directed for ZCT. She enjoys doing period pieces that transport the audience to another time and place, and strives to make every detail authentic.

Kiikka ( Producer ) is the district librarian for Franklin
Local Schools. She on the Board of Directors of Muskingum Behavioral Health and
corresponding secretary of Alpha PSI chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, an
international education honorary organization. Jan spends h

Revennaugh ( Stage Manager ) is returning to ZCT as stage manager for this production after a brief respite from theatre. She considers herself part of the woodwork of
ZCT, having worked behind the scenes and onstage for more than twenty years. Some of her roles include musical director, building renovation crew, board of directors, and chief bathroom cleaner. She is currently musical director for this year's
Angel Tree production.
