| A Perfect Christmas? |
Shelley Tolliver - Assistant Director - Some folks say
we are crazy. This show accepts everyone who auditions and then builds an
entire production around them...DURING THE HOLIDAYS! You are right - it's
lunacy at its finest! But you know its totally worth it. ZCT has been ranked
among the top three corporate sponsors of the Salvation Army’s Mission in
helping families during the holidays! This from a little non-profit theatre
on Findley Avenue - most importantly - from members of the community who
support our efforts and understand that our neighbors need our help. Thank
you for making our show a shining and enduring example of people helping
people. Happiest of Holidays & Thank You.
Sarah Rice

year playing piano for the Angel Tree. I enjoy being able to take part in

Amy King - Will you wake up Christmas morning and think about the Angel
Tree Show? You should. Your donation today will help bring magic to many
area children Christmas morning. That is why this is my sixth Angel Tree
performance. In all the shows I’ve participated in, this one is the most
rewarding.
Todd King - I often have people ask, "What is your motivation for doing
this show?". Certainly, I enjoy the creative energy, seeing new faces
every year, renewing some "old" friendships. But deep down I know
that I have been a part of helping many children experience Christmas when
they may not have otherwise. Having performed in a number of shows over the
past 12 years, the Angel Tree Christmas Show is consistently a memorable
event. Thank you for sharing with us.

Ian J. Milheim - Hello, My name is Ian J. Milheim, and I would like to
personally thank you for coming, yet because this is on paper, it probably
doesn’t seem particularly personal. What I do hope I can
"personally" present to you is a performance that goes farther
than this stage. All who have helped us create this show, including you, are
a part of that message, a part of what leaves this theater. The hopes, the
dreams, and the wishes of so many struggling are portrayed in our prayers,
yet your will shall allow something further to come of those prayers,
something that a community gives back to itself when needs are almost always
higher than our means. You are the means for many to achieve such needs, and
for this, with our performance; I offer a sincere thank you.
Dan Brown -
You
may remember Dan Brown as Bill Humphries in 84
Charing Cross Road, and now he’s making his first ever Angel Tree
debut. Dan is really excited to switch proverbial gears and try something
he’s never done on stage before… sing. “I personally don’t think
I’m that much of a tune carrier, but it’s all for charity, so I’ll do
it till the cows come home.” Dan hopes he will be around for many more
Angel Tree shows in the future. “Man, given the chance to change a
person’s life while doing something you love to do, folks, it doesn’t
get any better than that.”
Stargate Costuming Group - Bios:
Thomas Rinaldo - I'm a computer science major going to the University of Akron. I'm a big geek when it comes to computers, and many other subjects, including science and military information! I've been into Stargate since the beginning. I ended up starting SG-7 on a whim one-day and I had no idea it would get so big under the wonderful guidance of Rem. I think this video is a wonderful way to show that we care about our troops.
TJ Davis - I was born in Canton, OH and moved from there to Phoenix, AZ and then back to Ohio again, near my home town. I'm currently engaged and I go to school at ITT Technical Institute out of Youngstown, OH. I currently live in Alliance, OH. I think Charities are a wonderful cause to give to in any way that is possible. I found out about Angel Tree through my friend, Dan Brown, who's also in the Stargate Costuming group all of us are in. I am very pleased to be giving something back to the community in some way.
Bryan Labaki - I am a student at Zane State College. I have an interest in the theater and acting I have been in one play at the Zanesville Community Theater called “84 Charing Cross Road”. I’ve also done some work on various independent films. I think that the video is a good way to show that everyone really cares for the soldiers that are away, and we hope that they all come home safely.
Ernie Husted Jr. - Medic for the video - I participated in 41 combat operations and ran over 50 long-range recon patrols during my one tour and two voluntary extensions in Vietnam as a Recon Marine. I spent time as a First Sergeant in the Ohio Air National Guard and finished up in the Army Reserve where I was called up to duty for Desert Storm.
I still stay active as a police officer, fire fighter, EMT-Basic and hazardous materials technician while working in rope, confined entry, and trench rescue. I am now very active in the Civilian Emergency Response Team and spent 4 weeks recently in Florida on the Hurricane Tour with FEMA. My ongoing training is with Homeland Security and I teach several of the related classes. I enjoyed taking part in the video because the “kids” I was working with are the same age as the team I served with in Vietnam and that are now serving overseas.
Remington Phillips - "I enjoyed the opportunity to take part in the filming. It was good to get together with some of the team and help out. This is going to be a powerful video; an important reminder during this busy season of just how easily someone's life can be torn apart at news that doesn't even register with most people."
