Cast
Agnes - Kacy Curry
Kacy is thrilled to have a part in I Do! I Do!,
after a two year hiatus from
ZCT. "I'm very happy to be working with Roger again, we first worked
together in Godspell in 1990 at it was a great experience!"
Kacy plans to
dive into Theatre both in the community and with her church where she is the
Director of a new drama ministry troupe.
Michael - Roger Touvell
Roger has performed in MANY shows here at ZCT. He is very excited to
perform
in this show with Kacy. He asks everyone to come see Those
Strange and
Glorious Years at new play by local playwright Robert Taylor, which
Roger is Directing.
The story of Agnes & Michael. Spanning 50
years of marriage, we see them
on their wedding night, through the birth of their two children, money
problems, infidelity, the marriage of their children, and at last 50
years later as they prepare to move out and leave their home to the new
newlyweds. A delightful musical romp through life that proves once and
for all that Love conquers all! Opened on Broadway in 1966 with Mary
Martin & Robert Preston. Based on The Fourposter by Jan de Hartog
Joshua Brockwell - Director
Joshua is the owner of Nevertheless Productions, a full service costume
shop
and Theatrical Production Company in Cambridge, Ohio. Joshua has been
involved in Theatre since since the mid-70's with his first stint backstage
of the Old Barn Theatre. Currently a member of the Board of ZCT.
Susan Barzda - Musical Director
Sue has been on stage at ZCT in Pippin as
"a player" & Jake's Women as
"Karen". She has been the musical director for Grease,
Hagar The Horrible,
Camelot and 1776 as well as performing in
numerous roles at the Cambridge
Performing Arts Centre where she is currently serving on the Board. Sue is
now the Southeast Ohio Regional Rep for the Ohio Community Theatre
Association. Graduated with a Bachelors of Music Degree from Heidelburg
College and taught Music Appreciation at Rosecrans High School, she is now
employed at the Cambridge Developmental Center as a Qualified Mental
Retardation Professional.
Laurel DuBeck - Choreographer
Laurel has been doing theatre for 20+ years with the Cambridge
Performing Arts Centre,
and recently choreographed Hagar the Horrible and performed as
Lil in The Octette Bridge Club
with ZCT. She has lived in Zanesville 4 1/2 years and has 1 husband, 3 grown children,
1 grandchild on the way, 3 dogs & 1 cat.
